We did the PPt's on Stress and Therapy today - Imma hoping you took notes, 'cuz there's stuff coming down at ya. Life goes on, man. Then we watched "Beyond the Blues", a film of a four case studies of mental health issues. Link to the film is in the Unit Three links, on this blog.
