So ... I'm ramping this blog up for next week ... and I keep getting really cool emailed to me, and I keep reading really cool stuff in preparation for this course.
It's like I want to be a life long learner or something.
In any case, here is a link to HealthMap.org, a place that uses cell phone technology and other Web 2.0 devices to track illnesses and diseases.
The other link I didn't get to look at too much today, but may later. The basic idea of this website/researchy thingy is to take a cell phone and use a few bluetooth thingys and make it useful to diagnose and detect bad stuff, like stuff going wrong inside your body. UC Berkeley is a pretty honking high end university, so they better know their stuff.
And then there is this article about how we can make healthy eating decisions for students at regular schools.
OK, on with the rest of today.
